No Experience CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Home Weekly
We're hiring CDL-A drivers - no experience required - for a regional retail delivery account running out of the Chesapeake/Richmond, VA area. Strong mileage pay, weekly reset at home, and a consistent weekend attendance bonus on top of your base.

Pay
- Mileage Pay: $0.90/mile
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,800-$2,000
- Average Annual Pay: $94,000-$104,000
- Weekly Miles: 1,200-1,500
- Short Haul Pay: $40 for loads under 51 miles
- Stop Pay: $20.00
- Unload Pay: $240.00
- Weekly Bonus: $100/week for drivers available 5 days per week with no accidents, incidents, or HOS violations
Home Time
- Home on weekends - 34 hr reset at home
- Both day and night shifts
- Weekend work required
- Occasional holiday work
The Route
- Leave out the day before with an early morning stop
- Occasional Saturday deliveries
- Floor load and roller delivery - uses rollers, racks, and load bars
- Live unload freight
Driver Requirements
- Must be comfortable with hands-on physical unloading
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Recent CDL grads Urgently Hiring
- Experienced drivers also welcome
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Safe driving record
