Summary
The Office Coordinator at our new Secure Residential Treatment Facility will serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, both in person and over the phone. As part of the first Secure Residential Treatment Facility in the area, this role supports a critical mission by helping provide structured, in-state psychiatric care for adults who require more intensive support than outpatient services can offer. The Office Coordinator will assess the nature of business with guests and callers, answer general office-related questions, and manage incoming referral faxes. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally. Additional responsibilities include coordinating interviews for hiring managers, scanning, faxing, filing documents, ordering and maintaining office and nursing supplies, and supporting the Program Director with various administrative tasks. Knowledge of psychiatric healthcare processes and terminology is recommended to ensure effective communication within the team. Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year of experience in clerical mental and behavioral healthcare setting is highly preferred but not required.
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively while demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication.
- License driver with well working automobile for reliability getting to and from work in various types of weather to ensure reliability.
