Are you an experienced custom home supervisor looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Jorgenson Builders is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Part-Time Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activity on a luxury residential project in St. George, Utah.

With one home breaking ground in early to mid-September and another in planning, this role offers the chance to stay hands-on with high-end construction while maintaining control over your schedule. You'll serve as the on-site liaison, supporting trade partners, maintaining standards, and ensuring progress is maintained.

Key Details:

• Location: St. George, UT
• Schedule: Flexible; approx. 15 hours/week
• Wage: $30$40/hour, depending on experience
• Start Date: Early to mid-September

What You'll Do:

• Supervise site activity during active phases of construction
• Monitor key trades for quality and schedule
• Serve as the point of contact for subcontractors and answer on-site questions
• Ensure plans are followed and address minor field changes as needed
• Communicate with the owner on progress and any issues that arise

What We're Looking For:

• Solid background in custom home construction, especially in the St. George area
• Experience overseeing trades and managing job site logistics
• Clear, respectful communicator with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with residential building codes and best practices
• Able to work independently and make sound judgment calls
• Comfortable with a part-time, flexible schedule based on job phase needs
