Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appliance Technician to join our dynamic field service team, one for our Northwest WI location and one for our Duluth, MN location. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive prompt, reliable service and optimal appliance performance. Northwest WI specific coverage area seed point would be Spooner, Rice Lake, Hayward, Minong, and surrounding.
Duluth, MN specific coverage area seed point is Duluth, MN with travel to service calls in the surrounding areas, Superior, WI, and parts of NW WI. Along with service call provisions up the MN North Shore.
A successful candidate will be provided a late model service vehicle equipped with GPS, on board iPad with WIFI/internet, computerized dispatch and job ticket system, complete truck stock parts inventory with top failed parts stocked, and specialized tools for completing repairs. It will be the responsibility of the technician to provide his or her own primary hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.
The technician position will be home dispatched (you start and end your day from your home with the service vehicle). We provide service times to our customers in the morning (8-12pm) and afternoon (12-5pm) Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 608 Universal Refrigeration Technician Certification (or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire)
- Graduated successfully from an approved Appliance Repair Trade School/Academy course, or in lieu of School/Academy, possessed at least 3 years of related in field experience.
- Positive and friendly attitude and being consistently dependable is a must.
Jordan Repair Service, LLC. will provide continuing education and product training as needed throughout the year and will provide the technician with a "SMART TOOLBOX" of diagnostic and troubleshooting resources and Technical Assistance support avenues as well.
All candidates for employment at Jordan Repair Service, LLC. must undergo a drug/background/driving screening and successfully pass prior to employment. Pay is hourly and based on experience and qualifications of the candidate at the time of hire.

Pay ranges from $26.00-$39.00 an hour depending on qualifications.
