Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
• Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions
• Guide patients in using adaptive equipment
• Mentor and guide therapy staff

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapist ( OT ) certification in the state of Kentucky
• 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
• Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation
