Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in dietary departments or fine dining settings. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, and other menu offerings.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily breakfast menus.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety standards, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Provide exceptional service by presenting dishes attractively and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing culinary skills in various settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment; fine dining experience is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with proficiency in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
• Experience in menu planning and catering is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
