Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to prepare high-quality breakfast items and support a smooth morning dining experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and timely service. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is plated attractively, served promptly, and maintained at proper temperatures.
• Set up and stock the breakfast station before service and restock as needed during the shift.
• Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and inventory levels; notify management of shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with team members to support efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
