As a Tax Senior Accountant, you'll:

What You'll Do
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and S corporations
- Assist clients with tax planning, projections, and strategic decision-making
- Research and resolve complex tax issues
- Collaborate with partners and managers on consulting and advisory engagements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, proactive service
- Mentor staff accountants and interns while supporting team development
- Help identify opportunities to create additional value for clients
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 3 years of public accounting tax experience
Technical Knowledge
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns
- Experience with tax planning and projections
Credentials
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing licensure
Relationship Focus
- Passion for building strong client relationships
- Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly and effectively
