We're seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager (CPA) to join our Assurance team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys developing deep technical expertise, leading client engagements, mentoring team members, and serving as a trusted advisor to organizations and business leaders.

What You'll Do
- Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted long-term relationships
- Supervise, coach, and develop interns, staff, and senior accountants
- Review work, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional growth within the team
- Identify opportunities to deliver additional value and insights to clients
- Collaborate with partners and niche industry teams on complex engagements
- Ensure engagements meet professional standards and firm quality expectations
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of our Assurance practice
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 3-8 years of public accounting audit and assurance experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting requirements
- Experience managing engagements and supervising staff
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development
Preferred Experience
Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit experience. Experience in the following areas a plus:
- Privately Held Businesses
- Construction Industry
- Reviews and Compilations
