About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and data-driven Director of Influencer and Affiliate Marketing to own everything related to creators, influencers, and affiliates at Jones Road Beauty. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you'll be responsible for transforming our influencer program into a powerhouse channel that drives meaningful growth and community engagement.
This role is perfect for a creative and analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and has deep experience in influencer marketing. You'll work closely with our brand, creative, and growth teams to build sustainable, scalable programs that authentically connect our community with the Jones Road story and drive growth for the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead comprehensive influencer and affiliate strategy and develop best practices across all channels including organic seeding, paid partnerships, creator affiliates (ShopMy, TikTok Shop), and Substack collaborations
- Launch and scale Jones Road's presence on TikTok Shop from ground up, turning it into a powerful new channel
- Develop and grow our paid influencer program against core KPIs, focusing on sustainable growth and measurable impact
- Lead the partnership ads program in collaboration with the growth team, emphasizing whitelisting content for paid creative success
- Build and grow a scalable organic seeding program to efficiently increase brand awareness and nurture an engaged creator community
- Develop sustainable sourcing processes to identify and engage top-tier creators
- Manage agency relationships and external vendor partnerships to maximize program effectiveness
What You’ll Bring
- 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate program management
- Passion for creator economy and deep understanding of the creator landscape across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Deep expertise in ShopMy, LTK, Tribe Dynamica or similar affiliate and affiliate platforms
- Proven DTC experience with measurable results
- Beauty or CPG industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Natural curiosity and experimentation mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
- Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally
- Data-driven mindset, comfort with performance metrics, budgeting, and media effectiveness analyses
- Thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability provide easy-to-digest updates and reporting

- Grow organic creator and influencer community size and engagement year-over-year
- Scale paid influencer program into a measurable, incremental revenue channel
- Successfully launch Jones Road on TikTok Shop and achieve established KPIs
- Expand partnership ads program in collaboration with growth team, driving incremental reach and conversions
- Build sustainable, automated processes that support long-term program scalability
