Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for an opportunity with a Personal Injury Law Firm in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:

- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including drafting jury instructions, organizing trial exhibits, and assembling trial binders.

- Draft subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery documents; schedule and coordinate depositions.

- File motions and other legal documents with state and federal courts.

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of litigated files, including client interviews and case timelines.

- Review, analyze, and summarize medical records for use in litigation and settlement.

- Draft professional correspondence, legal pleadings, and case summaries.

- Prepare responses to discovery requests and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.

Requirements of the Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:

- 3–5 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience

- North Carolina litigation experience (required)

- Experience with Needles Case Management Software (highly preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

- Paralegal Certificate (highly preferred)

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure

- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance

- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Dependable, punctual, and accurate

- Team player with a collaborative mindset

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
