Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Litigation Associate based in our Denver, CO office. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for drafting motions, conducting legal research, participating in depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role entails working closely with other attorneys and clients to develop strategies for a variety of litigation cases, while maintaining a high standard of advocacy and client service.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Proven ability to draft and file Motions and other case-related documents
- Extensive Research skills for legal precedents and case law analysis
- Experience conducting Depositions and preparing witnesses
- Prior experience representing clients in state and federal Courts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Law license in good standing with the State Bar of Colorado
