Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a Litigation Associate in Denver, Colorado. Qualified candidates must have 2-6 years of litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, assisting in the taking of depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for trial, and must be well versed in researching and drafting briefs and motions. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
A license to practice in Colorado and familiarity with the Colorado court system is required. Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the Colorado bar exam, or eligible for admission in Colorado, will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $177,000 - $205,000 and up to $40,000 in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
