Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Planning Attorney located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Estate Planning Attorney will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning, drafting documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, and handling estate administration and probate matters. Additional tasks include succession planning and providing guidance on estate law.
Qualifications
- Experience in Estate Planning and Estate Law
- Experience with Probate and Estate Administration
- Knowledgeable in Succession Planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in Pennsylvania
- Experience in the legal field related to estate planning is preferred
