We are an agricultural operation where fertilizer application begins in March, followed by planting and spraying; spraying continues through the growing season, and harvest typically runs from September through November. We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, wheat, and soybean production, performing all tasks related to raising these crops. Job duties include attaching farm implements to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, sprayers, and other farm equipment; planting, weeding, spraying, and harvesting; fertilizing and applying crop treatments; loading and unloading crops and materials manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers; loading hoppers and conveyors with products; mixing and loading materials or chemicals into machinery; hauling crops, supplies, and tools with pickup trucks; inspecting, adjusting, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; washing, cleaning, and waxing equipment; assisting with filling anhydrous wagons; and operating loaders and forklifts, along with general farm labor as needed.
