• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience.
• Help customers explore new Ford vehicles and pre-owned inventory.
• Learn about customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online.
• Work with dealership management and finance teams to complete vehicle purchases.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities.
• Meet individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success.

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and maximize earning potential.
• Willingness to learn about Ford vehicles and automotive technology.
• Ability to work a 40-hour schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
