Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and timely service
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Implement processes that drive profitability, efficiency, and customer retention
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Collaborate with sales, parts, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably within a dealership environment
