Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service needs
- Provide clear explanations and recommendations for necessary repairs and routine maintenance
- Prepare and communicate repair estimates, including cost and expected completion time
- Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor a plus
- Strong knowledge of vehicles, including common issues and repair procedures
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Accurate documentation and organizational skills

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
