We have been established for 9 years and year after year month after month we are setting sales records, optimizing every part of our building, and dedicating ourselves to being 1% better every day and 365% better every year. We have been on a warpath to change the Independent Automotive Service experience in our area and show our neighbors what it's supposed to look like when you build your business around customer experience and their priorities. It didn't happen overnight, and it won't stop tomorrow either.
We've added lifts, built out an office and waiting area, expanded into a second building, and need more Service Advisors and Technicians to further spread our high level of service and customer care.
Our Service Advisor position will be filled by a person who takes pride in their relationships and detail in customer experience. Is a customer collector. Drives sales. Takes their duty to technicians seriously. Knows their numbers. Follows up. Communicates.
We don't expect perfection, but we do like to stand beside peers with a good attitude and knack for problem solving when the going gets tough. We want to be better than we were yesterday and we want to share that sentiment with everyone on our team.
