Wage Range: $25 – $31 hourly
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Services Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction or engineering who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with multiple Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with 2–4 Project Managers to align project efforts and maintain momentum.
- Administer project documents, including contracts and client files.
- Maintain project schedules and generate progress reports.
- Track project budgets and assist with cost control.
- Support change order management and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in project setup, initiation, and closeout activities.
- Support billing and invoicing processes.
- Provide non-technical assistance in preparing drawings and specifications.
- Help with funding applications and manage project-related funds.
- Organize and lead internal, client, and construction meetings—including minute-taking and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience (construction or engineering preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus.
Salary : $25 - $31
