Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Watertown, WI with flexible hours. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily responsibilities such as providing support to clients, promptly addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing the customer experience. Additional duties may include assisting with auction-related processes including auction set-up, maintaining accurate records, and helping to create a positive environment for clients.
