What You’ll Do
As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about our establishment.
- Coordinating with the service team to maintain an efficient and enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
- Experience with OpenTable strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
