Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled construction worker with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial construction. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands jobsite expectations, and can execute tasks with precision and efficiency.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled construction worker with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial construction. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands jobsite expectations, and can execute tasks with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition work safely and efficiently
- Execute framing (walls, ceilings, basic structural understanding)
- Assist with and understand multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination
- Install and assist with finish work including cabinetry, trim, flooring, and general finishes
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow plans, layouts, and instructions from foreman or project manager
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of construction experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of demolition, framing, and finish work
- Basic understanding of multiple trades and sequencing
- Experience with cabinetry installation and finish carpentry preferred
- Ability to read basic plans and layouts
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Finish carpentry experience
- Experience working on high-end residential projects
- Familiarity with modern cabinetry systems and installations
- OSHA certification (preferred but not required
