Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess OR Bartender OR Food Expo located in Troy, MI. The Food Server will be responsible for delivering refined, anticipatory service in alignment with our private-club atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional, guest-focused service from arrival to departure
- Taking and accurately entering food and beverage orders
- Serving food, wine, spirits, and cigars with confidence and professionalism
- Maintaining a polished and organized dining environment
- Collaborating closely with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless execution
- Upholding food safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset
- Experience in Food & Beverage service with knowledge of dining etiquette and service standards
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and menu components
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous upscale or fine dining experience preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
