Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, high-energy Expo Coordinator to manage the final preparation and packaging of our dishes. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between the kitchen staff and our guests, ensuring every single order is complete, correct, and beautifully presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tickets to ensure kitchen accuracy for all carry-out orders.
- Package, bag, and organize meals efficiently according to company standards.
- Monitor order flow and communicate clearly with kitchen staff on timing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked expo station.
- Assist with guest hand-offs and ensure a friendly checkout experience.
