SUMMARY:
The Shipping Associate contributes to Jonas Paul Eyewear by providing excellent service to our customers & wholesale partners through a high quality order fulfillment experience, by overseeing accurate and timely execution of each order received by Jonas Paul. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling the specific details and requirements for each type of shipment, maintaining communication with customers and other departments as needed, ensuring orders are prepared and checked before shipment, and making sure there is sufficient product on hand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate Daily Operations
- Collaborate with the team lead and fellow team members to ensure daily shipping tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and on time.
Utilize Multiple Shipping Platforms
- Navigate and operate various shipping software platforms to process orders accurately and in accordance with company standards.
Maintain an Organized Work Environment
- Keep shared workspaces clean, clutter-free, and well-organized to support productivity and safety.
Consistent On-Site Attendance
- Maintain reliable and regular attendance in the office to ensure smooth and uninterrupted shipping operations.
Prepare Products for Shipment
- Ensure products are correctly picked, prepped, and packaged for timely delivery to customers and wholesale partners.
Manage Wholesale Reallocations
- Accurately execute inventory reallocations to support wholesale order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Attention to Detail in Order Fulfillment
- Exercise care and precision when selecting products for shipment, ensuring the correct items, quantities, and packaging are used.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
- General knowledge of computer use, digital communication, and shipping systems.
- Ability to clearly communicate with coworkers and customers while being friendly and patient.
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and promote a positive work environment.
- Time management skills with an ability to prioritize more pressing tasks and decisions.
