Jon M. Hall Company is looking for a detail-oriented Takeoff & Modeling Specialist to join our estimating team. This role is crucial in providing accurate 3D earthwork models and takeoff data to ensure precise project planning. If you have strong technical skills, experience with AGTEK, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam, and thrive in a high-production environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Utilize AGTEK (or similar software) to create 3D earthwork models for estimating.
• Use PlanSwift (or similar software) to generate linear, area, and count takeoff calculations.
• Perform plan comparisons and update takeoffs due to plan changes, client requests, or management directives.
• Ensure all project takeoffs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with other estimating-related tasks as required by management.

What You Bring to the Team: Qualifications:

• Expertise in civil sitework construction (earthwork, grading, paving, concrete, underground utilities, etc.).
• Proficiency in AGTEK, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and mathematical proficiency.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Strength & Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb on and off equipment, and work outdoors in all conditions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with estimators and project managers.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Professional demeanor with polished written and verbal communication skills.
