We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Maintain front desk organization by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document preparation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, inventory management, and record keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities to communicate fluently in more than one language are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support or clerical roles within an office setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong typing skills coupled with meticulous proofreading abilities for document accuracy
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is valued
  • Ability to manage calendar appointments efficiently and handle data entry with precision
  • Experience working with multi-line phone systems and office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers
