Content Production Internship - Summer 2026

Job description

Jomboy Media is seeking a NYC-based Intern to join our fast-growing team of trendsetters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to make an impact in a hyper-growth environment. This person will work with our content creators, editors and social teams on a daily basis. A successful candidate will be familiar with our flagship brands, Warehouse Games, Talkin’ Yanks, Talkin’ Baseball, We Got Ice and Breakdowns and demonstrate the ability to think creatively and quickly.  We are in-office and expect all interns to be either at our NYC office or Warehouse in Jersey City on their assigned days. 

Start date: Mid to Late May

End date: Early August 

Hours per week: About 20-30

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Jomboy Media content across all platforms. 
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. 
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of Jomboy Media’s brand, voice and audience.  
• You are here to get things done. You understand that in a start-up environment everyone wears multiple hats. 
• You are organized, creative, a good communicator and a team player. 
• Able to work out of either our NYC office or Warehouse in Jersey City. 

Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting the content and production teams with various tasks & projects throughout the entire content creation cycle.
• Working alongside and shadow producers on new and existing Jomboy Media brands.
• Contribute new and creative ways to engage our community members through our content and social channels.
• Support production by researching topics, assisting with show logistics and analytics and more.
• Work closely with producers, editors and social team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy. 
• Assist on various types of productions ranging from live events, studio shows, run-and-gun content, podcasts and more. 

*Our internship program is currently unpaid. Candidates must receive school credit.
