We are currently hiring a Customer Engagement & Outreach Associate to join their team. This is an entry-level role offering hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and public engagement in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent charity partners at retail locations, local events, and pop-up campaigns
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions to promote awareness and support
- Explain campaign goals, initiatives, and impact in a clear and engaging way
- Drive donor acquisition and campaign participation while working toward daily and weekly targets
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution
- Work closely with team members to maintain a high-energy, performance-driven atmosphere
- Track customer interactions and provide feedback on campaign performance
