About the Role
We’re currently hiring a Campaign Marketing Associate to join our Miami team and support live, charity-focused campaigns. This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for individuals who want real experience in marketing, outreach, and campaign execution—not just behind a desk.
In this position, you’ll represent nonprofit partners and client brands in face-to-face retail and event environments, helping increase awareness, drive engagement, and generate long-term support.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client campaigns and nonprofit partners in a professional, engaging manner
- Interact directly with the public in retail locations and event-based settings
- Deliver campaign messaging and educate individuals on charitable initiatives
- Build rapport and create meaningful customer interactions to increase support
- Assist with sign-ups, donations, and campaign participation
- Support the execution of in-person marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
- Track daily performance and contribute to overall campaign growth
- Travel locally to various retail locations and event sites throughout Miami
