- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments via POS systems and giving correct change.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and ensuring sanitation standards are met in food handling and service areas.
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating culinary experience and food safety knowledge.
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service that delights every guest.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols within the food industry or restaurant environment.
