Job Responsibilities
- Oversee purchasing coordination and maintain strong communication with vendors to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Manage overall inventory operations, including stock replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining optimal product presentation on the sales floor.
- Supervise daily store operations, including staff scheduling, shift coordination, and new employee onboarding to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in onboarding, interviewing, recruiting, and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices, with the ability to maintain organized and well-presented product displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
- Fluent in Filipino is a strong plus.
Pay: $17.34 - $21.34 per hour
