Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager (GM) with daily operations, staffing, and shift execution
- Lead by example on the floor, in the expo window, and wherever needed
- Coach and develop team members during service to enhance their skills
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and team communication
- Manage guest flow and resolve any issues with grace and urgency
- Maintain high standards and foster a positive work environment
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant leadership or shift management
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Calm and clear leadership style with a hands-on approach
- A passion for great food, smooth service, and team success
- Availability during mornings, weekends, and holidays
- A desire to grow within the company—this could be your path to GM
