What You’ll Do:

• Greet every customer with a positive attitude and authentic vibe.
• Recommend cannabis products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Educate guests on effects, product types, specials, and consumption methods.
• Complete transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Follow all MA Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
• Work as a team to fulfill in-store and online orders.
• Support inventory by reporting low stock and helping with labeling.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and cannabis trends.
• Follow all opening/closing checklists and daily procedures.

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older
• Budtending or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Must be eligible for or already have a Massachusetts Agent ID

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Budtending Experience strongly preferred
• Excellent Communication and Guest Service Skills
• Proficient Math, Cash Handling Skills and Organizational Skills
• Strong Knowledge of Standard POS Systems and Interfaces (preferred)
• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card issued by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission(able to obtain)
