- Develops, coordinates and manages a variety of projects from inception to completion.
- Identifies actual or potential problem areas, trends, significant accomplishments, areas of imbalance, or similar factors involved.

- Monitors all maintenance or equipment installation projects for timeliness, accuracy and completion.

Conditions of employment
