Role Description
This is a full-time, outpatiwnt orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant position, located in Hot Springs National Park, AR. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to provide hands-on support in the rehabilitation of patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in developing treatment plans, delivering direct patient care, supporting patients during therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and ensuring a high standard of care. You will play a key role in helping patients recover mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- Experience with Physical Therapy techniques, including hands-on support and therapy implementation
- Proficiency in providing Quality Patient Care, Rehabilitation, and Orthopedics-focused treatments
- Strong ability to guide, educate, and motivate patients throughout their recovery process
- Knowledgeable in assisting with patient evaluations and documenting progress
- Certified/licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (State of Arkansas License preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful care environment for diverse patients
