As a Therapist
- Provide 1-on-1, 45-minute outpatient sessions, both in-person and via secure hybrid technology
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
- Design personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
- Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
- Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Active Washington State OT License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience and CHT preferred
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
- Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based treatment
- Bonus: Experience as a Clinical Instructor or in a mentoring capacity
- Salary: $85,000 - $105,000/year
