We are a 101 bed, state-of-the art skilled nursing facility located in Bremerton, Washington known for an approach to caring for residents and families with respect and dignity in a Christ-centered environment. This spacious rehabilitation gym hosts streamlined therapy procedures & systems, as well as state of the art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, time keeping, resident notes & billing entry, ensure a consistency for ease of care and documentation. The therapy department offers acute in-patient and out-patient therapy and focuses on stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, prosthetic/orthotic training, and other various programs.
