The Position:
EverHope is launching the 10:33 Initiative as a new initiative serving Benton and Madison Counties. The initiative
connects individuals and families to community resources and supportive relationships that help move them from crisis
toward long-term stability.
The Family Advocate serves as a trusted partner to individuals and families by building meaningful relationships,
identifying strengths and needs, and connecting them to the services and supports necessary to achieve their goals.
Working alongside community partners through the HopeHub platform, the Family Advocate coordinates care, removes
barriers, advocates for families, and empowers participants to take an active role in creating lasting change.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, resourceful, and committed to serving others with dignity and respect. They are
organized, adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities. This individual
demonstrates strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a passion for helping families navigate complex systems
and achieve greater stability.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct assessments with individuals to assist in determining relevant resources and guide individuals through
  • the resource connection process.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients served, and act as an advocate for vulnerable individuals.
  • Serve as a bridge between individuals and providers to increase client involvement in their care plans.
  • Coordinate measures to ensure individuals have proper access to resources and treatment options.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work with each client, utilizing designated case management system as
  • trained to comply with federal grant regulations.
  • Update case management system on a regular basis to reflect client’s progress, in compliance with monthly
  • reporting requirements based on performance indicators.
  • Refer individuals to appropriate outside organizations; provide follow-up to ensure the individual’s needs are met
  • and outcomes of these services provide support for the individual to achieve their goals.
  • Empower clients to lead themselves, and hold clients accountable to follow-through on the plans they have
  • developed.
  • Advocate for clients in all areas of their life – provide support to clients at court sessions, DCFS hearings, and the
  • like.
  • Report back regularly to designated individuals regarding client’s progression and participation.
  • Must be comfortable working with clients in any of the following environments: jails, ACC offices, DCFS offices,
  • courts, Family Shelters.
  • Develop and maintain trust and positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop a working relationship with other Family Advocates and community service providers
  • Participate in Restore Hope meetings and training
  • Promote organization and community collaboration
  • Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the professional standards of EverHope and Restore Hope.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Two or more years of professional, academic, or lived experience working with or navigating services for
  • vulnerable populations, including behavioral health, child welfare, recovery, victim services, or a related human
  • services field. Candidates with lived experience should have sufficient clean time and demonstrate the
  • knowledge, stability, and skills necessary to be successful in the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with participants, families, and community partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Arkansas child welfare, behavioral health, or criminal justice systems.
  • Experience connecting participants and families with community resources and navigating complex service
  • systems.
  • Experience collaborating with community partners and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
  • Ability to provide crisis intervention and remain calm in high-stress situations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate care.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer systems (Google Workspace or similar).
  • Commitment to supporting family preservation, permanency, and healing-centered care.
  • Working Conditions and Environment/Physical Demands:
  • The demands described are representative of those that must be met by an individual to perform the essential functions
  • of this position successfully.
  • Physical stamina and agility are required to care for children of all ages
  • Physical exposure to communicable diseases/contagions and head lice

Salary : $42,000 - $52,000
