The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our customers, managing interactions across multiple platforms with a focus on first-call resolution and service excellence. This role handles customer inquiries, processes orders, provides technical support, and partners with our sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to address product and service inquiries
- Provide accurate pricing and delivery information
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and databases
- Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate internal resources
- Present products and identify upselling opportunities
- Support the Outside and Inside Sales teams
- Adapt to changes in procedures and customer service tools as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher, OR 1 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. FLEX Schedule in office and from home
