We’re Hiring: Amazon Marketing Manager | Morgantown, PA
Joie is a global baby gear brand established in 2011 and distributed in more than 85 countries. As we continue to grow and expand in the United States, we are looking for an Amazon Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team in Morgantown, Pennsylvania.
Location: Morgantown, PA (on site role)
Salary: $60,000–$80,000
About the Role
The Amazon Marketing Manager will own how Joie appears and performs on Amazon, with a strong focus on marketing, content, PDP optimization, A Content, and Amazon advertising.
You will translate Joie’s brand and product strategy into compelling Amazon experiences that clearly communicate product value, differentiate the brand, and drive shopper engagement and conversion. This role partners closely with Commercial Sales, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Compliance, and our external Amazon advertising agency.
What You’ll Do
Amazon Marketing
- Develop and execute Amazon marketing strategies that increase visibility, product discovery, engagement, and conversion.
- Translate brand and product marketing strategies into compelling Amazon experiences.
- Monitor Amazon trends, competitors, search behavior, and performance to identify opportunities.
PDP & A Content
- Own and optimize Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
- Develop and manage A Content, product imagery, infographics, video, and copy.
- Ensure Amazon content clearly communicates product benefits and supports the customer purchase journey.
- Partner with Creative and cross-functional teams to develop and launch high-quality content.
Amazon Advertising & PPC
- Partner with external Amazon advertising agencies on PPC and sponsored advertising campaigns.
- Understand campaign structure, targeting, keywords, budgets, and performance.
- Evaluate agency recommendations and help determine campaign priorities and investment.
- Ensure advertising and Amazon content work together to support performance.
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze Amazon traffic, conversion, search visibility, advertising performance, and product trends.
- Identify underperforming products and recommend actions to improve conversion.
- Test and optimize PDP images, copy, A Content, video, and other customer-facing content.
Product Launches
- Lead Amazon marketing execution for new product launches.
- Develop launch plans and timelines across PDPs, A Content, creative, and advertising.
- Ensure products are fully prepared and optimized before launch.
What We’re Looking For
- Three (3) to five (5) years of marketing experience with significant hands-on Amazon experience.
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, PDP optimization, A Content, Amazon advertising, and PPC.
- Experience creating or managing Amazon content, including copy, imagery, video, infographics, and A Content.
- Strong understanding of Amazon advertising, including keywords, targeting, campaign strategy, budgets, and performance.
- Marketing experience within consumer packaged goods, consumer products, retail, or another product-driven industry strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn Amazon data into marketing actions.
- Experience working with and evaluating external agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a marketing-first Amazon expert who understands how brand, content, advertising, search, merchandising, and e-commerce work together. You should be comfortable both developing strategy and getting into the details to ensure Amazon execution is accurate, compelling, and conversion-ready.

Pennsylvania Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this role is $60,000–$80,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, competencies, experience, geographic location, and education.
