Inside Sales Representative

CBD Holdings dba Johnstone Supply is a leading HVAC/R wholesaler with 14 locations across the Southeastern United States. As our business and customer base continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated team members to grow with us. We’re seeking individuals who are creative, resourceful, and eager to contribute to an established company in a fast-growing market.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in-store and over the phone. You’ll identify needs, recommend the right products, and ensure a smooth, professional experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, questions, and order placement
- Deliver fast, friendly service while managing multiple requests
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to close sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products, promotions, and alternatives
- Research and source products using internal tools and vendor resources
- Process orders, returns, and warranties accurately
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and workspace
- Support warehouse tasks as needed (receiving, stocking, shipping)
