What You’ll Do
Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in-store and over the phone. You’ll identify needs, recommend the right products, and ensure a smooth, professional experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, questions, and order placement
- Deliver fast, friendly service while managing multiple requests
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to close sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products, promotions, and alternatives
- Research and source products using internal tools and vendor resources
- Process orders, returns, and warranties accurately
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and workspace
- Support warehouse tasks as needed (receiving, stocking, shipping)
