IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE –

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week between the business hours of 7 am – 4 pm.
Job Scope Summary –
Warehouse/Driver Associate provides assistance to both internal and external customers by performing warehouse responsibilities and supporting the team as a backup driver.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities –
Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner. Receive in daily rush orders and weekly orders. Check stage on orders. Put away stock in warehouse and pull will-call orders for customer pick up. Maintain bin locations. Process ship-outs for branch. Process all warranty and returns and verify that paperwork has been neatly and properly filled out. Prepare warranty and returns for ship out to Tigard branch and/or vendor direct. Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed. Clean and straighten warehouse daily. Works well as a team player. Follows all Company Policies/Store Standards.
Assist with counter/phone sales and calling customers to inform them of any backorders that are ready for pick up on an as-needed basis. Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice a week. Fill freight claims when necessary. Assist with stocking showroom. Attend ongoing training classes. Work on special projects as assigned.
