Accounts Payable Analyst

At Johnstone Supply | The Balsan Group, our Accounts Payable team plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly across the entire organization. We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

💰 Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

• Support the full accounts payable cycle alongside a team of AP professionals
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries and discrepancies
• Review and process invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvals
• Assist with payment scheduling (check, ACH, wire)
• Monitor AP aging and maintain accurate vendor accounts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve open items
• Support month-end close and audits with reporting and documentation
• Contribute to improving workflows and team efficiency

✔ 1 year of accounts payable or related experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
✔ Clear communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred: Experience with Eclipse or similar ERP systems

✔ Willing to jump in and support where needed
✔ Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
