What You’ll Do
Be an integral part of our prelitigation, litigation & trial teams, supporting cases from intake to verdict.
Work closely with attorneys to prepare winning legal strategies that change lives.
Draft and file compelling legal documents, case briefs, and demand letters.
Investigate claims, obtain and analyze medical records, and track lien information.
Help establish, create and enhance visuals for use at multiple case stages.
Assist and help prepare for crucial depositions.
Communicate directly with clients, medical professionals, and opposing counsel.
Organize and manage complex case files and legal documentation.
Support trials, depositions and mediations, ensuring smooth case execution in and out of the courtroom.
Maintain key deadlines and manage calendars to keep cases moving forward efficiently.
What We’re Looking For

· 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
· Expertise in medical records, discovery, and trial prep.
· A sharp legal mind with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve.
· Strong communication skills—you’ll be a key point of contact for clients and case stakeholders.
· Tech-savvy and organized, with proficiency in legal case management software.
· Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a huge plus!
