Education and Outreach Coordinator for Personal Injury Med/Surg Clinic
Orthopedic Spine & Injury Center is a multilocation physician-led team of medical specialists that provides comprehensive and coordinated care for patients injured in accidents. Our clinic is multispecialty, providing a full range of services including diagnosis, testing, treatments, and surgery. We have offices throughout Washington, to include Everett, Renton, Kirkland, Puyallup, Vancouver and Portland.
The Marketing coordinator position involves (i) co-creating and overseeing marketing strategy and plan; (ii) maintenance of our digital and online presence and (iii) regular in-person visits to various referral sources (iv) Organizing education and marketing events (v) conducting education for legal and related medical communities. All these activities are designed to enhance WOSIC position in the community and generate referrals, projecting the professionalism and services of our clinic.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education and Outreach/ Marketing agent for promoting our services to law firms, chiropractic offices, and medical providers.
- Daily in-person interactions with law firms, attorneys, paralegals, and medical provider referral sources.
- CRM implementation and utilization.
- Participation in educational conferences, to include periodic evenings and weekends.
- Coordination of OSIC participation in educational/informational meetings and events.
- Contribute to a positive & energetic environment.
- Maintain professional standards in sales & customer relationships.
- Responsible for generating new business and generating leads from internal and external sources.
- Ability to work and problem-solve independently.
- Must have strong written and communication skills
- Overall responsibility for comprehensive marketing strategy in conjunction with the executive team.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related or marketing discipline or equivalent education/experience
- Sales or marketing experience in the legal or medical industries desired, but not requisite
- Paralegal with Personal Injury experience a plus
- Medical Office experience combined with marketing background ideal
- Digital marketing experience helpful
- Proficient with technology
- Competitive mindset, looking for a challenge
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable transportation
- High functioning organization and follow-up skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
