Role Description:
Responsible for Providing the day-to-day business and application support for GFEBS end users at the client site(s). Work activities include learning the GFEBS solution process areas, applying this knowledge to answer/facilitate end-users use of the solution, identifying system issues and addressing as required, assisting site lead to determine day to day activities, provide necessary status to site lead, and assisting with managing & resolving end-user issues/concerns. Role also requires solving complex process issues, identifying gaps in process and providing solutions to resolve. Successful candidate must have excellent communication skills. Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship) and have the ability to obtain clearance level as needed by client.
Role Skills:
- • Prior SAP MM Experience
- • US Citizen – no visa, green card or dual citizenship candidates
- • BS degree or equivalent experience
- • 3 years overall IT experience
- • 3 years of FM SAP experience (preferred)
- • 3 years of PSM SAP experience (preferred)
- • 2 years of FI/CO SAP experience (preferred)
- • 1 years of SD SAP experience (preferred)
