Qualifications:

- Leading teams or providing oversight of operations and maintenance activities of facilities to improve facility operational capability and efficiency;
- Participating in the development of strategies for operations and maintenance of facilities, including inspecting and evaluating work performed and compliance with safety plans, specifications, and contract requirements;
- Providing senior technical guidance to facility operations and maintenance contractors, communicating issues to upper management, and developing and implementing solutions to complex or critical issues.
